We come to you anywhere in Sussex. From £55 including the first 30 minutes.
Mail-in
Post it to us with tracked delivery. Return postage included in the repair cost.

We're based in Lewes and cover all of East and West Sussex — Brighton & Hove, Eastbourne, Hastings, Uckfield, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Seaford, Newhaven, Crowborough, and everywhere in between. We also take mail-in repairs from anywhere in the UK.
Most software jobs are turned around within 1–2 working days. Hardware repairs depend on parts — SSD and RAM upgrades are typically next-day, screen replacements take 2–5 working days.
Yes. We work on Windows PCs, laptops, and Apple Macs. Some Mac repairs require specialist parts with longer lead times.
We treat every device as if it contains sensitive information. We don't access personal files unless the work specifically requires it.
It's almost always cheaper. It's much better for the environment. And you keep your files, your settings, and the machine you're used to. An SSD upgrade can make a sluggish laptop feel brand new.
